Program Requirements

Education and Training

To be eligible for the Intermountain Healthcare Pharmacy Residency program, applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Additionally, candidates must be licensed or be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the state where the residency program is located.

Pharmacy Practice Experience

Application Process

Applying for the Intermountain Healthcare Pharmacy Residency program is a straightforward process that requires attention to detail and careful preparation.

Eligible candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Utah.

To apply, candidates must submit a completed application form, curriculum vitae, letter of intent, and three letters of recommendation.
